Project Title: Alter Building 737 and Building 733 Munitions Area Location: Kirtland Air Force Base, New Mexico MHMV210015 Alter B737 and B733 Munitions Area: This project is comprised of minor interior renovation of two separate buildings, B737 and B733. The project is in a controlled area called the "740 Area MSA." Disclosure of Magnitude of Construction: Between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.

This is a pre-solicitation notice for solicitation, FA9401-24-B-0009, that will be awarded in accordance with FAR Part 14, Sealed Bidding. Upon posting of the solicitation on 06 August 2024 direct your attention to Section L and M for site visit information, bid preparation instructions, and evaluation criteria for award. Offerors are responsible for submitting bids designated in the solicitation no-later-than the date/time specified.
