FOREIGN MILITARY SALES (FMS) TECHNICAL ORDER (TO) & COMPUTER PROGRAM IDENTIFICATION NUMBER (CPIN) WORLD WIDE REVIEW (WWR)

This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). AFSAC requires a conference facility to host the annual FMS TO & CPIN WWR for a five-day event. Due to mission requirements, the conference facility should be no more than 15 miles from Tinker Air Force Base and Will Rogers World Airport.

Required facilities should be capable of supporting approximately 300 attendees and provide conference support to include audio/visual capabilities and technical support in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement. Offerors are required to review Attachment 2, Provisions and Clauses, and submit a copy of all required representations and certifications with their offer.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
