**THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION!!!! The actual solicitation that you will provide quotes for will be posted at a later date.** The Air Force intends to solicit the following service:
Requested Services: 76 AMXG requires the establishment of a five (5) Indefinite Quantity/Indefinite Delivery for MROTC Restroom Trailer and Aircraft Latrine Services. The Contractor shall provide MROTC Restroom Trailer Waste servicing, and or Aircraft Latrine / Urinal Services. The Contractor shall be responsible for the following:
Five (5) Stall Restroom Trailer with 450-gallon capacity located on Tinker Air Force Base VAC Truck on site to pump trailer black water waste tank Add twenty (20) gallons of water after each pump Estimated service needed every two (2) weeks Deodorizer odor control dose for 450-gallon Walex Porta Pak Max One (1) packet per 45 Gallons Estimated service needed every two (2) weeks RV Chemical Treatments for 450-gallon Walex Porta Pak Max to help control build-up in tanks One (1) packet per 45 gallons Estimated service needed every two (2) weeks Walex Commando Tank Cleaner (or equivalent) Pressure wash interior of black water waste tank during pumping .360 DEG spray nozzle to break up waste building on base and wall of tank and flush with clean water to aid with waste removal.
Estimated services needed three (3) times a year. Support Service Maintenance Cleaning Form 002, (see Appendix D) to the Group Point of Contact (GPOC) after completing the cleaning of each aircraft. In accordance with (IAW) historical practices a drain coupling was used on certain aircraft to accomplish the aircraft latrine service. The drain coupling is a manufactured commercial item available through AIRLINK, the item’s identification is as follows:
P/N: V2651J133P10. The following item is required for cleaning the below listed aircrafts: MIL-C 43616 Cleaning Compound (or equivalent). PN A-A-50758A Deodorant Aircraft Lavatory Sanipac (or equivalent) Disinfectant. When freezing weather is anticipated the following items is required: MIL-A-8243 Propylene Glycol Based, Sierra Anti- Freeze, Type I or SAE PN AMX 1424 Type I Anti-Ice. Estimated Period of Performance: Basic with four (4) one-year options. This is a small business set-aside System for Award Management (SAM) is required to receive any award. Contractors can register electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. The NAICS code for this requirement is 562991 with a size standard of $9M. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement by submitting a proposal.
