North American Association of Central Cancer Registries (NAACCR) Virtual Pooled Registry (VPR) Cancer Linkage System Access

THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SINGLE SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. 767 ESF, Barksdale Air Force Base, intends to solicit and award a single source firm-fixed price contract to North American Association of Central Cancer Registries (NAACCR) IAW FAR 13.106-1(b) - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.

Air Force Global Strike Command (AFGSC) currently requires access to the Virtual Pooled Registry (VPR) Cancer Linkage System in order to complete a cancer study which is maintained and administered by NAACCR. This notice is neither a request for competitive proposals nor a solicitation of offers. The Government believes this is a sole source requirement; however, vendors that feel they can fulfill this requirement should contact the POC identified in this notice.

Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Oral communications will not be accepted in response to this notice. No requests for proposals or quotes will be issued based upon this Notice of Intent.
