Air Force Global Strike Command (AFGSC) currently requires access to the Virtual Pooled Registry (VPR) Cancer Linkage System in order to complete a cancer study which is maintained and administered by NAACCR. This notice is neither a request for competitive proposals nor a solicitation of offers. The Government believes this is a sole source requirement; however, vendors that feel they can fulfill this requirement should contact the POC identified in this notice. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Oral communications will not be accepted in response to this notice.
