SYNOPSIS/NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT WITH TALENTSMART INC. The Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC), Directorate of Contracting, Homestead Air Reserve Base, Homestead, Florida, intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed price purchase order, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR part 12-Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR part 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 611430 – Professional and Management Development Training. The following will be procure Emotional Intelligence trainer licenses and materials as follows:

125 CLIN 0004: Shipping & Handling Qty: 1 The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.501(a). This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties may submit their interest and capability to the contract specialist below not later than, August 12, 2024 at 12:00 p.m., Eastern Daylight Time. Based upon the responses to this notice, the Government will determine if this proposed acquisition should be opened to competition. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.
