The following will be procure Emotional Intelligence trainer licenses and materials as follows: CLIN 0001: Level 1 + Level 2 Train-the-Trainer Course Qty: 4 CLIN 0002: Mastering Level 1 Participant License - Self-Pro Edition Qty: 125 CLIN 0003: Mastering Level 2 Participant License - Multi-Rater Edition Qty: 125 CLIN 0004: Shipping & Handling Qty: 1 The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.501(a). This notice is not a request for competitive proposals.
