The 48th Contracting Squadron at RAF Lakenheath, United Kingdom, seeks feedback/sources of companies capable of providing non-personal services for Military Sherpa Leadership Training and Certification for approximately 57 personnel. The primary audience for the Military Sherpa certification course will include U.S. Military. The dates selected for the training are 6-10 April 2026. The event will include a couple's dinner available to all 48 FW personnel and dependents on a first come first service basis.
Response Guidelines: Only electronic responses will be accepted. Please send responses by email to the primary POCs no later than the time specified in this posting. Earlier submission is highly encouraged. *This RFI notice is issued for planning purposes only. Responses to this notice shall assist the Government in market research and in identifying protential sources. This notice does NOT serve as a formal request for proposal or request for quote.
No pricing information is being requested at this time. **Funding is not and may not be made aavailable to solicity this requirement. THis RFI is not intended to serve as an official notice to obligate the Government to award a contract and consequently the Government does not intend to pay for any bid/proposal preparation costs.
Requested Information:
1. Please indicate if your company is willing and able to provide the described Sherpa Military Leadership Training and Certification service. If there are any conditions that prevent your company from providing a quote should a formal solicitation be issued, please provide further details to assist in market research.
2. Please provide descriptive literature commonly provided ot the general public, if possible.
3. Identify your firm's information (Name, Address, Phone Number, CAGE Code, Unique Entity Identifier (UEI)).
4. Identify the appropriate number of calendar days required to respond to a formal solicitation.
5. Provide any questions related to the described services above.
