The event will include a couple's dinner available to all 48 FW personnel and dependents on a first come first service basis. Response Guidelines: Only electronic responses will be accepted. Please send responses by email to the primary POCs no later than the time specified in this posting. Earlier submission is highly encouraged. *This RFI notice is issued for planning purposes only. Responses to this notice shall assist the Government in market research and in identifying protential sources. This notice does NOT serve as a formal request for proposal or request for quote. No pricing information is being requested at this time. **Funding is not and may not be made aavailable to solicity this requirement. THis RFI is not intended to serve as an official notice to obligate the Government to award a contract and consequently the Government does not intend to pay for any bid/proposal preparation costs.
