posted 2 September to correct the current control system from AMX to Extron (see SOW paragraph 3) Question raised at site visit regarding current VTC data: Newest CODEC received is a Cisco CS-Codec-Pro-NR++V02 with touch pad Cisco TTC5-15 Cameras Cisco EVI-X200C Luke AFB, AZ has a requirement to upgrade the secure video teleconference equipment at the intel squadron. This is a set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Busineess only. A site visit is tenetiviely scheduled for 10:00 Wednesday September 2nd. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. The Government requests quotes remain firm through September 30, 2026. If market volatility prevents this, clearly state the maximum length of time quote pricing can be held.
