Intent to Sole Source - Blakeslee Wi-Fi and Cable Services

The 4th Contracting Squadron, Seymour Johnson AFB, NC intends to award a sole source service contract to Charter Communications Operating, LLC. The required services to be purchased are installation and provision of service of non-satellite, commercial Internet, Wi-Fi, and cable television services at 108 Riverfront Road, Kure Beach, North Carolina 28449. APPLICABILITY OF AUTHORITY: This purchase will be made under DAFMAN 64-119, Non-Appropriated Fund Contracting Procedures.

In accordance with paragraph 6.8, DAFMAN 64-119, only one person or company can provide the services of this requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract lies solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement. The anticipated award date is unknown.
