Sources Sought for Langley AFB Contractor Operated Civil Engineer Supply Store

THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE FOR INFORMATION AND PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY. This announcement closes 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time on Wednesday, 22 August 2024. The Government is seeking industry input from all interested sources at this time. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 444140, Hardware Retailers, with a corresponding size standard of $17M. Interested parties must be registered under NAICS 444140 in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov.

The Government plans to consider all information submitted in response to this Sources Sought Notice. The 633d Contracting Squadron, Langley AFB VA, is in the process of determining the acquisition strategy to obtain non-personal services for the Langley Contractor Operated Civil Engineer Supply Store Contract.

For this requirement, the contractor’s tasks for the dining facility operation shall include, but are not limited to, Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, transportation and materials to support a Contractor Operated Civil Engineer Supply Store (COCESS) located on Langley Air Force Base, VA.

The Contractor shall source, purchase, receive, issue, deliver and stock a variety of materials, equipment, parts and supplies for construction and facility maintenance and repair for use by authorized Government personnel.
