The 633d Contracting Squadron, Langley AFB VA, is in the process of determining the acquisition strategy to obtain non-personal services for the Langley Contractor Operated Civil Engineer Supply Store Contract. For this requirement, the contractor’s tasks for the dining facility operation shall include, but are not limited to, Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, transportation and materials to support a Contractor Operated Civil Engineer Supply Store (COCESS) located on Langley Air Force Base, VA.
