AIR AND SPACE EXPO PARKING AND TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT PLAN

The Beale AFB Air and Space Expo (BASE) requires the services and consultation of a professional parking, traffic, planning, and logistics contractor to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the BASE from 6-8 June 2025. Due to the complex and unique security requirements of this event, the contractor must have experience (within the past two years and approximately 12,000 parking spots per day) managing traffic and parking for military Open Houses, Air Shows, or Air Expos that approach or meet the maximum capacities of the military installation’s parking space or roadway throughput.

In addition, the contractor must demonstrate knowledge and experience working with local area authorities (police, sheriffs, highway patrol agencies, Department of Transportation, and security forces).

Deadlines: Questions/Concerns. All questions must be submitted in writing via email no later than Monday, 6 September 2024 at 10:00 am PST. Responses to questions will be posted by the Government to SAM.gov, the contracting opportunities website. Late requests to Questions and or Concerns will not be reviewed nor considered. Questions in response to this notice shall be sent via e-mail to the point of contacts listed below. Proposal Due Date.

Technical, Past Performance and Price Volumes shall be submitted via e-mail to the point of contacts listed below by the due date specified in the Request for Quote. Late proposals will be processed in accordance with FAR 52.212-1(f), "Late submissions, modifications, revisions, and withdrawals of offers." It is the offeror’s responsibility to confirm receipt of all submissions.
