The signed amendment shall be submitted with your quote. *AMENDMENT 01* A site visit has been scheduled for 3 June 2024 at 9:00 AM PST. Interested vendors who would like to attend the site visit will need to complete and send over a completed Attachment 7, Entry Access List (EALs), for the individuals who will be attending. The EAL should be submitted to the Contracting Officer, Katherine Moe and the Contracting Specialist, SSgt Brandson Washington no later than 28 May 2024 at 09:00 AM PST.

The signed amendment shall be submitted with your quote. *ORIGINAL* The Contractor shall develop a comprehensive industrial water treatment program, supplying all water treatment chemicals, testing apparatus, testing reagents, program start-up chemical control equipment, technical expertise, operator training, and monitoring program for all treated systems for the facilities listed in Appendix A .

The Contractor shall provide all manpower, tools, equipment, transportation, materials, and incidentals necessary to provide comprehensive industrial water treatment and technical services for all treated systems. Contractor shall supply a portable by-pass chemical feeding device for all systems when the absence of a pot-feeding chemical device exists.

Deadlines: No later than 10:00 AM PST, 27 May 2024 – Questions in response to this notice shall be sent via e-mail to the point of contact listed below. No later than 10:00 AM PST, 18 June 2024 – Technical, Past Performance and Price Volumes shall be sent to the Government POCs via email. It is the offeror’s responsibility to confirm receipt of all submissions. Please ensure you review all attachements to ensure a complete quote is submitted.
