7 MUNS Equipment Covers

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for fifty (50) equipment coverings. All items must conform to the attached Combined Synopsis/Solicitation and associated attachments. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; this is a Request for Quote (RFQ) and a written solicitation will not be issued. Offerors are encouraged to read the attached solicitation and associated attachments in their entirety.

The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract for this requirement utilizing a Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) small business set aside. However, the Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. E-mail is the required method for offer submission.

The Contracting Specialist or Officer will send a confirmation email once your quote is received. If you do not receive a confirmation email, the Government did not receive your quote. Your offer shall include but is not limited to the following:
