The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract for this requirement utilizing a Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) small business set aside. However, the Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. E-mail is the required method for offer submission. The Contracting Specialist or Officer will send a confirmation email once your quote is received. If you do not receive a confirmation email, the Government did not receive your quote.
