The work shall consist of designing and constructing a new portland cement concrete (PCC) parking area and associated storm water drainage systems. IAW FAR 36.204, the disclosure of the magnitude for this requirement is (f) Between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. This procurement is a 100% HUBZone set-aside and is due 18 August 2025 at 2:30 PM.

The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Gov-ernment cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
