Include old designs that were removed during the compilation of Questions & Answers.

**Amendment 002 Issued:** Questions and Answers have been updated. For more information, please see the attached Solicitation Amendment 002.

**Amendment 001 Issued:** Questions and Answers have been uploaded. For more information, please see the attached Solicitation Amendment 001. The work shall consist of designing and constructing a new portland cement concrete (PCC) parking area and associated storm water drainage systems. IAW FAR 36.204, the disclosure of the magnitude for this requirement is (f) Between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. This procurement is a 100% HUBZone set-aside and is due 18 August 2025 at 2:30 PM.

**Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s):** Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Gov-ernment cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
