Amendment 1: The purpose of this memorandum is to document the execution of Amendment 1 to solicitation FA449726Q0011. This amendment is required to adjust unit quantities, correct solicitation timeline discrepancies, and rectify administrative and grammatical errors within the original solicitation documents.
