## Description

**Amendment 1:** The purpose of this memorandum is to document the execution of Amendment 1 to solicitation FA449726Q0011. This amendment is required to adjust unit quantities, correct solicitation timeline discrepancies, and rectify administrative and grammatical errors within the original solicitation documents. Please see attached file for detailed changes.

**Amendment 2:** Adds Price Sheet for offerors to complete and return as part of the section L: Instruction to Offerers. The Dover AFB Chapel is seeking a Music Director and an Accompanist to lead its Protestant Contemporary and Gospel services. Please review attachments for the solicitation and pertainant documents associated.
