514th Air Mobility Wing Hotel Lodging BPA

Amendment P00003: Extended offer due date to 28 October 12:00 PM EDT Amendment P00002: Added Q&A document Amendment P00001: updated evaluation criteria with clearer guidance, updated Combo form to define the requirement better, updated Posting description to define the requirment better including the address and proximity to base. This RFQ is issued to establish one or more Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for hotel lodging services in support of reserve training and drill activities for the 514th AMW. The BPA(s) will be valid for a period of five (5) years from the date of award.

Eligibility Restriction: This BPA is intended to be established only with hotel operators that directly own and manage lodging facilities. Offers from third-party booking platforms, brokers, or resellers will not be considered.

Scope of Services: Lodging must be provided in facilities located within a 30-mile driving distance of McGuire Air Force Base (2217 W Arnold Ave, Joint Base McGuire, NJ 08641). Pricing must align with established DoD per diem rates. Lodging will be required on an as-needed basis to support reserve training and drill schedules.
