Varian Linear Accelerator Server Upgrade

THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT/REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ONLY to identify sources that can provide the required services as stated in the attached Statement of Need. The information provided in this request for information (RFI) is subject to change and not binding on the Gevernment.

David Grant Medical Center (DGMA) has not made a commitment to procure any of the services and the release of this RFI should not be construed as such a commitment or as authorization to incur costs for which reimbursement would be required or sought. All submissions become Government property and will not be returned.

The 60th Contracting Squadron (60 CONS) at Travis AFB, CA is seeking potential sources to provide an upgrade to DGMC's Varian Linear Accelerator system by replacing an old Linear Accelerator Server & Back Up Tape Device that's been failing and can't be repaired. Migration of current data to the new server must be included as well.

The upgrade being requested must be compatible with the existing Varian Linear Accelerator system, serial # 4952 and will have DGMC stay current with the systems new technology and features. The contractor must have an authorized technician to perform the installation. The contractor must be able to meet all the requirements in the attached Statement of Need. This RFI is to determine the availability of business to include small businesses to provide the required services.

Responders are advised the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in reponse to this RFI. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFQ, if issued. Respondents are requested to provide the following information:

1. Business name, address, company representative information.

2. Business size and type of Small Business (if applicable).

3. Cage code.

4. Capabilities package demonstrating ability to meet all requirements and authorization to provide the product and services in the Statement of Need.
