5 Sep 24 - After review, the customer has made a change to Question 32. Specifically, the PI range is being changed from 8-12 to 4-12. Here is the question and answer as it now appears: 32.Please clarify or specify the type of fill soil required to fill the void at the site after demolition is complete a.A clean sand or dirt with a PI range of 4-12 free of stones 2” or larger and vegetation. 22 Aug 24 - The submitted questions and answers have been posted as 'Questions and Answers_22 Aug 24). The Due Date for Offers remains 10 September at 1100 AM CST. Thank you. 16 Aug 24 - The first round of questions and answers has been posted. Please see attachment. There will be a second question period to ensure that all parties have the chance to ask follow-ons, if needed. Any new questions must be submitted by 21 August at 1100 AM CST. 15 Aug 24 - The function is classified as a Service. With that in mind, Attachment 6, which are specs for a total construction project, is being removed. Also, the due date for questions has been extended to Close of Business 16 August 2024. Answers will be added as soon as they are received. The Due Date for Offers now being 10 September at 1100 AM CST.

14 Aug 24 - Attachments 6, 7, and 8 have been added. These will provide additional information for the demolition project. Thank you.

5 Aug 24 - There are As-Builts available. If you wish to have them sent to you please contact the POC with a valid email address. They will be sent through DoD SAFE due to the size of the file. Thank you.

“Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date.

In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.” The 97th Contracting Squadron, Altus Air Force Base, Oklahoma, intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for acquisition Building 85 Demolition at Altus AFB, Oklahoma.

The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform demolition services of the current pool slide and structure to be leveled with the ground and includes removal of debris. Any questions shall be submitted via email to ALL the below points of contacts by 14 August 2024 at 1100 CST (11:00AM CST). This acquisition will fall under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 238910. This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside.

As this is currently unfunded, we are requesting that submitted quotes be valid for as long as possible. Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management Database (SAM) prior to submission of quotes. Offerors are further advised that failure to register in the DoD SAM prior to submission of proposal will render your firm ineligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a UEI number. Recommend registering immediately to be eligible for timely award.
