This RFQ’S provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-06 dated 01 Oct 2025.

 This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside with a Brand Name requirement. The associated NAICS code is 333415 with a 1,250-employee size standard.

The purpose of this RFQ is for the purchase and delivery of one (1) TRANE U.S. INC, 20 Ton Unitary Split System (Model # TWA240K4DAA / TWE240K4BAA) in accordance with the Salient Characteristics.
