Notice of Intent to Sole Source - IBML Scanner Maintenance Support Renewal

The Air Force Historical Research Agency (AFHRA) requires annual hardware and software maintenance and sustainment support for its existing, proprietary IBML ImageTrac 6 Lite high-speed document scanners. This is a critical requirement to ensure the continued preservation and digitization of the U.S. Air Force's historical records. The required services include, but are not limited to, a 4-hour on-site technical response SLA, telephone support, software updates, and all parts and labor necessary to maintain the system's operational readiness.
