Combined Synopsis/Solicitation IAW FAR 12.603 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-05 effective May 22, 2024, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement effective May 30, 2024, and Department of the Air Force Federal Acquisition Supplement (DAFAC) 2024-0612, effective June 12, 2024. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort.

No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.

Questions Due Date: September 5, 2024, 4:30 PM, Central Daylight Time (CDT) The 47th Contracting Squadron (47 CONS) located at Laughlin AFB, Del Rio, TX is soliciting a requirement for the purchase of annual aircraft fire trainer facility inspection services, minor maintenance, repair and certification of Air Force Training Facility at Laughlin AFB.

This requirement requests a contractor to provide the items listed in the Attachment 1 – Performance Work Statement dated 30 September 2024. Quotations must be submitted in accordance with FA309924Q0020 via e-mail to both of the POC’s listed above. Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors – Commercial, applies to this acquisition.
