MSG Conference Room Tech Refresh

The goal is to update the antiquated and malfunctioning audio/visual system that is currently in the MSG Conference Room at the Columbus Air Force Base in Columbus, Mississippi. The audio/visual upgrades are detailed within the Statement of Need. With the upgrades, the MSG Conference room will be able to more adequately support in-person and virtual meetings across the base and command at multiple classification levels. Factors being utilized to evaluate proposals are:

1. Quote: (See Pricing Schedule on page 3 of the Combined Synopsis attachment) The quote must include the total unit price of the Audio Video Equipment Purchase, next the total unit price of the Equipment Installation, and then a total price.

Capability Statement: Submit capability statement in accordance with the Statement of Need (SON). A completed Quote and Capability Statement shall be submitted via email to trayona.love@us.af.mil and CC'd to ranie.boukzam@us.af.mil no later than 4:30 PM CST on 15 August 2024 for consideration. Please do not copy and paste the Statement of Need.

Questions are due no later than 4:30 PM CST 8 August 2024. The Government is not obligated to accept any Quotes/Capability Statement or to answer any questions submitted after the deadline. It is the vendor's responsibility to monitor the solicitation posted herein for amendments issued in reference to this requirement. Any potential amendments will be posted in the same fashion as the solicitation. All contractors who provide goods/services to the DoD must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Failure to comply with SAM registration will deem the offeror ineligible for award.

AMENDMENT 1: Incorporate Attachment 5 - MSG Conference Room and Current Tech

AMENDMENT 2: The purpose of this amendment is to:

- Incorporate Revised Statement of Need (Attachment 1) - Incorporate Revised Combined Synopsis Solicitation - Incorporate Attachment 6 - MSG Conference Room – 1st Floor Pictures - Incorporate Attachment 7 – Question and Answers - Due to the added MSG Conference Room (1st Floor): Extend the due date to submit a completed Quote and Capability Statement to August 22, 2024 no later than 4:30 PM CST.

AMENDMENT 3: - Incorporate Revised Provisions and Clauses. The purpose of this is to add provision 52.204-22 (Alternate Line Item Proposal - Jan 2017) to the provisions.
