Architect and Engineering Design Services IDIQ Sheppard AFB, TX

The 82d Contracting Squadron, PKBA Flight, Sheppard AFB, TX hereby publicizes its notification of issuance of Request for Standard Form 330 under FA3020-24-R0004 to solicit proposals for the Multiple Award Architecture and Engineering (A-E) Contract (FY24AE) Program for Sheppard AFB, TX and its associated surrounding areas (See Request for Qualifications for complete list).

The Air Force intends to award a minimum of two (2) contracts to SBA Certified Women-Owned Small Businesses (WOSB).The FY24AE is an Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract consisting of a wide variety of professional and non-professional A-E support services affecting real property. Performance of A-E support services will be issued by negotiated firm-fixed-price task orders. Description of the work will be identified in each individual task order.

The procurement estimated value (combined value of all task orders from all awarded contracts) is $9.9M over a five-year ordering period. Project task orders may range between $2,000 and $2M.All contractors MUST be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to receive a contract award. In addition, all contractors must be registered under NAICS 541330 ?
