The Government anticipates awarding at least two (2) contracts as a result of the RFP. Subsequent task orders under the AE IDIQ will then be assigned among the awardees to fulfill selected Architect and Engineering requirements. The minimum guaranteed amount, for the life of all subsequent contracts, is $2,000.00 per contract. The maximum amount of the AE IDIQ is $9.9M aggregate for all contracts awarded under this solicitation. Period of performance will be for a base year and four (4) follow-on years, estimated to start August 2024. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 541330 - Engineering Services with a small business size standard of $25.5 million. This procurement will be advertised as being a 100% set aside for SBA Certified Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) entities. Proposal questions will ONLY be accepted once the solicitation is posted. 82d Contracting Squadron will be seeking WOSB entities capable of providing the following: Description of Work: The AE shall: Have capability to execute multiple project designs concurrently on an ‘as needed’ basis. Furnish all materials, labor, superintendence, equipment, transportation, ancillary services, and incidentals necessary to complete the requirements of each project design. Function as professional advisor to assist the Government in understanding and meeting project objectives and requirements. Projects will vary by type, scope, and complexity, requiring the use of various and multiple facility design disciplines and related technical services. Construction of new whole buildings or major renovations requiring all disciplines. Minor construction (addition/remodel) and maintenance (repair/alteration) of existing real property requiring various combinations of disciplines. Support of Government in-house designs and other Government IDIQ construction contracts requiring one or more disciplines. Support of studies, such as life, health, safety analysis. Services provided by the AE will be primarily for execution of sustainment, restoration, and modernization (SRM) type projects.
