*Amendment 0003 Revision to Combination Synopsis/Solicitation and Performance Work Statement* The purpose of Amendment 0003 is as follows:
1. Add Attachment 5 – SCA Wage Determination 2. Extend the date offers due to 21 August 2025. 3. All other terms and conditions remain the same. Acknowledge receipt of this Amendment 0003 by signing the attached Memorandum for Record (MFR). *Amendment 0002 Revision to Combination Synopsis/Solicitation and Performance Work Statement* The purpose of Amendment 0002 is as follows:
1. Revise the language of the combination synopsis/solicitation, including the following verbiage: - “Best Value Determination. For this procurement, best value determination will be made based on reasonable priced, technically acceptable quotes.
The following shall be used to evaluate quotes: comparative evaluation of all quotes received based on price and resort amenities that best fits the government need to satisfy this requirement.” 2. Revise the language of the Performance Work Statement, including the following verbiage: - “They seek resort-style accommodations, to include rooms, training material, meals, parking, and activities that shall include a water park and SPA access.” 3. Extend the date offers due to 20 August 2025. 4. Extend the date questions due to 18 August 2025. 5. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
Acknowledge receipt of this Amendment 0002 by signing the attached Memorandum for Record (MFR). *Amendment 0001 Revision to Combination Synopsis/Solicitation* The purpose of Amendment 0001 is as follows:
1. Revise the language of the combination synopsis/solicitation to include the following verbiage: - "Third Party Offerors. Due to the requirements outlined in the Performance Work Statement, this solicitation is only open to offerors who are the owner of the commercial lodging property, or they are the legally contracted management company for that commercial lodging property. No third party offerors will be accepted." 2. Add Attachment 2 – Questions and Answers, in response to the contractor questions received 6 August 2025 3. All other terms and conditions remain the same. Acknowledge receipt of this Amendment 0001 by signing the attached Memorandum for Record (MFR).
This announcement constitutes the sole solicitiation; quotes are being requested and a seperate Request for Quote (RFQ) will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the notice.
This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-04 dated 11 June 2025 and DFARS change notice 17 January 2025. Description of Services The contractor shall provide resort-style accomodation, to include meals, training materials, parking, and applicable activities for a singles retreat. These accomodations must be between 75 and 150 miles from JBSA Lackland Air Force Base.
