This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA301625Q6156 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).

The Rohde and Schwarz (R and S) PR200 portable receiver pinpoints the origin of signals for purposes of spectrum management, to include spectrum interference resolution.
