## Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA301625Q6156 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).

This RFQ incorporates provisions and clauses as those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-04 and DFARS change notice 01/17/2025. The Rohde and Schwarz (R and S) PR200 portable receiver pinpoints the origin of signals for purposes of spectrum management, to include spectrum interference resolution.
