Notice of Intent to Sole Source for Bertec Computerized Dynamic Posturography (CPD) System

The 502d Contracting Squadron intends to award a sole source requirement for the Bertec Computerized Dynamic Posturography (CPD) System for the 59th Medical Wing (MDW) at Wilford Hall Ambulatory Surgical Center (WHASC), JBSA Lackland, TX to JE Hurley (CAGE Code: 8SKK3, 1545 Cedar Valley Lane, Colorado Springs, CO 80919) under the authority of FAR Part 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). This notice is neither a request for competitive quotations nor a solicitation of offers.

A determination by the Government to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
