This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA301624Q0181 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).

This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-06, DFARS change notice 08/15/2024 and DAFAC 2024-0612. This requirement is for the purchase of Brand Name Vykon Service Maintenance Agreement (SMA) for Java Application Control Engine (JACE) controller and is being solicited as 100% Small Business setaside.

The NAICS code is 334512, Automatic Environmental Control Manufacturing for Residential, Commercial, and Appliance Use and the size standard is 650 employees. The PSC 6685, Pressure, Temperature, and Humidity Measuring and Controlling Instruments. Only quotes submitted by small business concerns will be accepted by the Government.
