## Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA301624Q0181 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).

This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-06, DFARS change notice 08/15/2024 and DAFAC 2024-0612. This requirement is for the purchase of Brand Name Vykon Service Maintenance Agreement (SMA) for Java Application Control Engine (JACE) controller and is being solicited as 100% Small Business setaside.
