Replace Part for Chiller 3 VSD

The requested work occurs in Building 380 on Eglin Air Force Base. Proposal to replace known defective and missing parts from Chiller 3 VSD. Project includes Install a new power assembly, logic board, trigger board, and bus isolation board. Replace the VSD coolant tubing on the back of the drive and replenish the variable speed drive with new inhibitor fluid. Install a clean up kit on the chiller due to being shut down and open to atmosphere for a long period of time.

Does not include replacing the shaft seal, re-installing the oil filter housing, vacuuming the machine or recharging with refrigerant. The drive has not been powered and parts quoted are known parts that require replacing, any additional issues are not included. In-line duct and piping devices, including, but not limited to valves, dampers, humidifiers, wells, taps, flow meters, orifices, etc., if required to be furnished.

Exclusions: 1.Labor or material not specifically described above is excluded from this proposal. 2.Unless otherwise stated, any and all overtime labor is excluded from this proposal. 3.Applicable taxes or special freight charges are excluded from this proposal The Contractor shall be required to furnish all materials, equipment, labor and personnel necessary to accomplish this task order in accordance with the contract requirements. The Contractor is expected to maintain, at all times, good and accepted construction and safety standards.

Amendment 1: The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate a site visit on 2/13/24 @ 9 A.M. Please see attachment for site visit details.

Amendment 2: The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate a picture of the chiller tag to show the name and model of the unit.
