10 Jun 2024: Another Amendment has been made to this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation. No changes have been made to the quote submission deadline as a result of these amendments. Additional questions were asked prior to the Fri 7 Jun deadline. The Q&A document attached to this Combo now includes the Q&A for 21 vendor questions. Q&A for questions 1-6 was provided in Friday's 7 Jun amendment. The document has been updated to include responses for questions 7-21. Please review the Q&A in its entirety.
There was only one update to the solicitation documents, and that was in reference to the relative importance of technical acceptability and price per question 15. If a previously posted document is not listed below, then there were no changes made as a result of the Government's responses. -AF NCR Chaplain Corps Retreats BPAs Combined Synopsis/Solicitation_10Jun24 7 Jun 2024: An Amendment has been made to this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation to provide responses to contractor questions and make updates to the following documents that resulted in changes following the Government's responses.

If a previously posted document is not listed below, then there were no changes made as a result of the Government's responses. -Q&A -2 AF NCR Chaplain Corps STRONG BOND Retreat Scope of Work SOW 7Jun24 -4 ORDERING GUIDE AF NCR Chaplain Corps Retreats BPA_7Jun24 -The applicable Wage Determination was added. This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside.
The Government intends to award at least two (2) Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) resulting from this solicitation. The resulting awardee Event Planner/Contractor shall procure all labor, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, meals, childcare (if applicable), personnel, management, and supervision necessary to put on a retreat for authorized Active-Duty personnel, and their families (if applicable), assigned to bases in the National Capital Region (NCR).
All work shall be performed in accordance with the BPA Performance Work Statement (PWS) and accompanied individual Retreat Scope of Work (SOW), attached to this Combo.
This solicitation will also result in the award of the first Call Order for the JBA Strong Bond Retreat currently planned for the weekend of Friday 26 July to Sunday 28 July, 2024. If interested, please provide a quote to the POCs listed in the attached Combined Synopsis/Solicitation along with the following information: Complete the contractor identification information below and return a copy of your Reps and Certs from FAR 52.212-3.
The offeror’s quote must provide a brief technical description for how the offeror will plan, procure, and manage the call order retreats in accordance with the attached BPA PWS throughout the ordering period of the BPA. The offeror must also provide a completed Price Sheet detailing the pricing of all aspects of the retreat as detailed in the attached Strong Bond Call Order Scope of Work (SOW).
This price sheet shall contain details of the lodging facility name and location being offered, number of lodging rooms to be booked and price per room, size of conference room provided and if any audio visual is included, number of meals provided per day and the proposed meal offerings (sample menu), and details of three proposed activities for 44 attendees. While the first Strong Bond Call Order does not include childcare services, future BPA Call Orders may.
Please provide a separate narrative for demonstrating how the offeror will perform/provide the childcare services in accordance with paragraph 6 of the attached BPA Performance Work Statement.
