This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside. The Government intends to award at least two (2) Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) resulting from this solicitation. The resulting awardee Event Planner/Contractor shall procure all labor, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, meals, childcare (if applicable), personnel, management, and supervision necessary to put on a retreat for authorized Active-Duty personnel, and their families (if applicable), assigned to bases in the National Capital Region (NCR). All work shall be performed in accordance with the BPA Performance Work Statement (PWS) and accompanied individual Retreat Scope of Work (SOW), attached to this Combo. This price sheet shall contain details of the lodging facility name and location being offered, number of lodging rooms to be booked and price per room, size of conference room provided and if any audio visual is included, number of meals provided per day and the proposed meal offerings (sample menu), and details of three proposed activities for 44 attendees.
