Notice of Intent to Sole Source

The 193 SOW Contracting Office intends to award a sole source purchase order unde the authority of FAR 8.703 due to the supply items requested being found on the Procurment List, and the sources from that list being mandated. FAR 6.302-5 authorizssses an exception to full and open competition when the statue expressly authorizees procurment through a qualified NPAS employing people who are blind or severly disabled. These procument list items are deemed fair market price as established by the Committee.

The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code for this effort is 315990 with a small business size standard of 600 employees.
