## Description

The 193 SOW Contracting Office intends to award a sole source purchase order unde the authority of FAR 8.703 due to the supply items requested being found on the Procurment List, and the sources from that list being mandated. FAR 6.302-5 authorizssses an exception to full and open competition when the statue expressly authorizees procurment through a qualified NPAS employing people who are blind or severly disabled. These procument list items are deemed fair market price as established by the Committee.

The 193 SOW has a requirement for Fire Resistant OCP Combat Shirts in support of a classified mobilization. The following items are required: FR ARMY COMBAT OCP SHIRT SMALL QTY 12 NSN: 8415016177131, FR ARMY COMBAT OCP MEDIUM QTY 24 NSN: 841501677134, FR ARMY COMBAT OCP SHIRT LARGE QTY 20 NSN: 8415016177135, & FR ARMY COMBAT OCP X-LARGE QTY 20 NSN: 8415016177136. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code for this effort is 315990 with a small business size standard of 600 employees.

The Product Service Code (PSC) for this acquisition is 8415. The notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. This synopsis is for informational purpose only. A soliciation will not be issues for this procurement action or posted to the single Government Point of Entry, the SAM.gov website. The Government does not anticipate receiving resposnes to this notice of a non-competitve action.
