Intent to Sole Source - 820 RHS 50K Well Rig Repair

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: The NAICS Code is 811310-Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance. The 99th Contracting Squadron, Nellis AFB, NV intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b)(2) to Bauer Equipment America-GEFCO for 50K water well rig repair services. The contract action is for Water Well Rig Repair for which the Government intends to award on a sole source basis.

Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses received electronically by 10:00AM PST, 12 January 2024 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.

Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Be advised that all correspondence sent via e-mail shall contain a subject line that reads “F3GHBA3326AW01 Water Well Rig Repair” Note that e-mail filters at Nellis AFB are designed to filter e-mails without subject lines or with suspicious subject lines or contents (i.e., .exe, or .zip files). Therefore, if this subject line is not included, the e-mail may not get through the e-mail filters.
