The 99th Contracting Squadron, Nellis AFB, NV intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b)(2) to Bauer Equipment America-GEFCO for 50K water well rig repair services. The contract action is for Water Well Rig Repair for which the Government intends to award on a sole source basis. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses received electronically by 10:00AM PST, 12 January 2024 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
