Amazon Web Services (AWS) Subscription Services

NOTICE: THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT, NOT AN RFQ. This notice intends to inform the vendor community if the proposed contract action. This proposed procurement is for items which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes.

However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than August 15, 2024, 9:00 am EST. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the Contracting Officer's discretion. The Government intends to award a sole-source contract to Softthink Solutions, Inc. based on FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i).

The purpose of this procurement is to purchase Amazon Web Services (AWS) to include AWS monthly subscription charges and invoicing through Softthink Solutions, Inc. for a 6-months period. (This is a limited time sole source to allow for the transfer of data from the previous authorize reseller back to the government or to another authorize reseller).
