The Government intends to award a sole-source contract to Softthink Solutions, Inc. based on FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). The purpose of this procurement is to purchase Amazon Web Services (AWS) to include AWS monthly subscription charges and invoicing through Softthink Solutions, Inc. for a 6-months period. (This is a limited time sole source to allow for the transfer of data from the previous authorize reseller back to the government or to another authorize reseller).
