Sole Source Notification

This notice is in accordance with FAR Subpart 5.2, Synopsis of Proposed Contract Actions. The U.S. Department of the Interior, Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE), Acquisition Financial Assistance Branch, is the contracting office for this procurement. The purpose of this notice is to announce the intent to award, on a sole-source basis, a fixed price Purchase Order to IHS Markit under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106(b) soliciting from a single source.
