## Description

This notice is in accordance with FAR Subpart 5.2, Synopsis of Proposed Contract Actions. The U.S. Department of the Interior, Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE), Acquisition Financial Assistance Branch, is the contracting office for this procurement.
