NOTICE OF INTENT ¿ FL 2024 WSFR PROGRAM COORDINATORS MEETING, SARASOTA, FL. This is NOT a solicitation announcement.

NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE: The United States Fish and Wildlife Service, Joint Administrative Operations (JAO), intends to Award a Contract on the basis justified by FAR 5.101 ¿ Dissemination of Information One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.

Action - The WSFR Program wishes to purchase meeting room packages (including meeting rooms, audio-visual services, and incidental light refreshments for break food items) for 130 attendees, in support of the administration of the Wildlife and Sport Fish Restoration Program Southeast Region's annual Wildlife and Sport Fish Restoration (WSFR) Program Coordinators Meetings. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, in Tallahassee, Florida will host the meeting.

The dates proposed for the meeting are April 1-5, 2024. All responsible sources believing that they can provide this level of service with appropriate service requirements may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency no later than 14 days after the date of publication of this notice.
