NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS. The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) on behalf of the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) has entered into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with Slappey Communication, LLC., under the authority of FAR 8.405-6 sole Source. Urgent request to install newest annual software for the recently installed Mitel IP telephone system at Wingate High School. Original Unit was installed by vendor.
