## Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS. The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) on behalf of the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) has entered into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with Slappey Communication, LLC., under the authority of FAR 8.405-6 sole Source. Urgent request to install newest annual software for the recently installed Mitel IP telephone system at Wingate High School. Original Unit was installed by vendor.

The anticipated delivery is April 30, 2024. No solicitation is available, and no technical questions will be answered for this requirement. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 334210.
